Heroes Series: Al Lewis Tee

Size Guide

An Oscar Mike Hero is an injured Veteran who is conquering their disability and inspiring others. We choose to call these individuals "Heroes" because they won't ever call themselves one. Each Hero helps design their shirt and their personal story is printed on the inside.

ABOUT THIS HERO
From 2001 to 2003 Alan "Let's Do This" Lewis was stationed in Iraq with 3rd Infantry Division. During a routine mission his humvee hit a land mine. Al lost both legs in the explosion and almost lost an arm and eye as well. He was soon fitted with prosthetics & immediately focused on his rehabilitation, completing 12 to 14 hours of physical therapy PER DAY.
Ignoring the pain, Al vowed to walk out of the hospital... and he did. Five months later, he was downhill skiing and saddling up to any adaptive sport he could find, turning the pain of loss into the drive to live.

"Pain Let's You Know You Are Still Alive" printed on the front.  Oscar Mike logo printed on left sleeve.  Al Lewis' story printed on the INSIDE of the back.
