No hassle returns for 365 days? Are we crazy?

Maybe a little, but we believe that you should be 100% satisfied with something that you’ve spent your hard-earned money on! Here at Oscar Mike, we understand the complications of purchasing online. If your apparel doesn’t fit right, or you don’t like it, just let us know and we’ll do whatever it takes to make it right with a replacement, an exchange, a store credit or a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Gift certificates, subscriptions, donations, hand-made or made-to-order items (such as Lifelines) and non-shipped goods are non-returnable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a completed return form, which is on the back of your packing slip. If you can’t find it, send us an email at sales@oscarmike.org, and we’ll send you a new one!

There are certain situations where partial refunds may be issued or a refund may be rejected completely:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any item that is returned more than 365 days after delivery
  • Hand-made or made-to-order items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days. Your bank may require additional time to process your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is being returned for a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part.

The time it takes for us to receive, process and send your refund or exchange will vary based on your geographic location, the shipping method you use to send the items to us, and the availability of products for exchange or replacement.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and refunds cannot be processed until the item(s) have been received at our warehouse.
